  • Client Requirement:
    For eluate heating, CIP heating, nitrogen, air, heavy fuel oil, mono ethylene glycol etc. Also used for heat exchangers using thermic oil as the primary heating circuit

    The purpose of flange heaters is to raise temperature of various chemicals for a variety of purposes. These range from increasing the reactivity of a solution to prevention of freezing of gases or changing of phases eg. steam.
  • Challenges:
    The challenge is to optimise the dimensioning and layout of the elements for guaranteed and maximum heat transfer. Sizing and process calculations are critical.
  • Solution:
    Flanged heater built with metal sheathed rod elements mounted into flange suitable for the process application.
